Information Included in the Deal Forecast Report[edit | edit source]
The Deal Forecast report includes several components that provide insights into your deals:
- Deal Forecast Stats: Located at the top of the report, these four stats summarize top-level data based on your filters:
* **Total Deal Count**: The number of deals marked as Won, Lost, or open with a forecasted close date. * **Forecasted Value**: The total value of all deals with a forecasted close date. * **Actual Value Marked Won**: The total value of all deals marked as "Won" with a forecasted close date. * **Forecast Accuracy**: This metric indicates overall forecast accuracy. For instance, if a deal was forecasted to close on January 4, 2020, and was marked as "Won" on that date, it represents 100% accuracy. If marked on February 4 instead, accuracy would be 0%.
Clicking on any of these stats allows you to export all deals relating to that particular metric.
- Dynamic Timeframe Chart: Below the Deal Forecast Stats, this chart displays both total forecasted values (represented by purple bars) and actual values marked as won (represented by orange bars) across various time periods. Hover over any bar to see the dynamic date range and total value, and clicking will let you export the deals related to that timeframe.
- Dynamic Timeframe Table: This table appears beneath the Dynamic Timeframe Chart and presents detailed metrics including:
* Actual Won Total Value * Forecast Total Value * Forecast Accuracy * Actual Won Total Value * Forecast Total Value * Forecast Accuracy Clicking on any number will permit exporting all deals connected to that specific value.
- Deal Level Detail Table: This table lists all deals that correspond to the current report display and breaks down information at a granular level, including:
* Deal value * Stage * Pipeline * Deal Owner * Contact name * Contact email * Forecasted close date * Status date changed * Status
You can download and export the Deal Level Detail Table for further analysis or sharing. To do so:
