1. Click Deals on the left menu. 2. Click the pipeline dropdown to select the desired pipeline. 3. Decide which stage you want to add a deal to and click Add a Deal. You can also click the Add a deal button at the top of the page. 4. The Add a New Deal window will open. Complete the required fields including the deal title, value, and forecasted close date. 5. Click the Add Deal button when finished.
The new deal will be added to your selected pipeline.

1. Click Contacts on the left menu. 2. Locate the contact for whom you wish to create a deal and click their name to open their profile record. 3. Click the Deals tab next to the Personal Info tab. 4. Click the Add a deal button. 5. A Add a New Deal modal will open. Complete the required fields listed in the modal. 6. When finished, click the Add Deal button.
The deal will appear in the deal page for the contact.
Creating a Deal Using an Automation Action[edit | edit source]
1. Click Automations on the left menu. 2. Locate the automation where you want to add a Add a Deal action, and click the Edit button. 3. The automation builder will open. Click CRM on the right menu, then drag the Add a Deal action into your automation. 4. An Add a Deal modal will open. Type in the Deal Title and Deal Value. Select the currency, pipeline, stage, and owner. 5. Click the Save button when finished.
Any contact encountering this step in your automation will have a deal created with the information provided.
Creating a Deal for an Account[edit | edit source]
1. Click Contacts > Accounts on the left menu. 2. Select the account you wish to add a deal to. 3. The account details page will open. Click Add Deal in the Deals widget. 4. An Add deal modal will open. Complete the required fields. 5. When finished, click the Add Deal button.
The deal will be added to the selected pipeline and will appear in the Deals widget on the Account Details page.
