If you are logging in via a CNAME and experience authentication issues, adjusting your browser settings may be necessary. The following steps outline adjustments for different browsers:

==== For Safari (Version 13.1 or higher) ====
1. Open the **Safari** app on your Mac.
2. Click on **Safari** in the menu bar and select **Preferences**.
3. Navigate to the **Privacy** tab.
4. Deselect the option **Prevent cross-site tracking**.

==== For Chrome ====
1. Open **Chrome** on your computer.

3. Select **Settings**.
