Below are detailed instructions on how to create, manage, sync, and stop syncing message variables within the ActiveCampaign ACHQ interface:

==== Creating and Syncing a Message Variable ====
1. Log in to your ACHQ account.
2. Click on the '''Sync Manager''' tab.
3. Under the '''Message variables''' section, locate the option to create a new message variable in your main HQ account (you must select '''All lists''' for it to be shareable with your subaccounts).
4. Click the toggle next to the message variable to switch it to the '''On''' position.
5. A '''Manage accounts''' drawer will open. Here, you can choose from the following options:
   * '''Sync to all accounts''' - This will sync the Message Variable to all your subaccounts.
   * '''Automatically sync based on label''' - Select this option to apply the sync to subaccounts with specific labels created in ACHQ.
   * '''Manually select specific accounts''' - If you prefer, you can choose which specific subaccounts should receive the Message Variable.
6. Click the '''Save''' button to confirm your selection and close the drawer.
7. The '''Edit Values''' drawer will then open, allowing you to modify the Message Variable for each of the selected subaccounts. Make any necessary changes and click '''Save''' to initiate the sync process.

When a message variable is first synced, including updates, it will sync immediately. Future updates will follow the schedule you set in the '''Sync every''' dropdown (set to either hourly or daily by default).

To stop a message variable from syncing with your subaccounts:
