Here are detailed steps on how to add both an existing and a new ActiveCampaign form to your page.

==== Adding an Existing Form ====
1. From the page builder, ensure that the '''Blocks''' tab is selected on the top right bar.
2. Drag the '''Inline form''' block to your layout.
3. A modal window will appear. Click '''Use an existing form.'''
4. Select the form you wish to add to your page.
5. Click the '''Add form''' button. 

==== Building a New Form ====
1. From the page builder, ensure that the '''Blocks''' tab is selected on the top right bar.
2. Drag the '''Inline form''' block to your layout.
3. A modal window will appear. Click '''Build a new form.'''
4. Enter the name of your form into the '''Inline Form Name''' field.
5. Click the '''Form Action''' dropdown to select your desired action. Options include:
   * '''Add a Tag''': Adds a tag to each contact who submits your form.
   * '''Email Results''': Sends a notification to your team each time a contact submits your form.
   * '''Subscribe to a list''': Subscribes the contact to your email marketing list, with options for a double opt-in (default) or single opt-in.
   * '''Subscribe to an SMS list''': Subscribes the contact to your SMS marketing list.
   * '''Add to a Deal''': Creates a deal for each contact who submits your form.
6. Click the '''Options''' dropdown to select an option that matches your action. The options will vary based on the selected action.

3. The form designer will appear, allowing you to make the necessary edits.
4. Click '''Update form''' to save changes and return to the form. If you click the '''Return to Pages''' button, changes will not be saved.

You can also edit forms through '''Website''' > '''Forms''', and any saved changes will automatically update on the form in your page.
