== Step-by-step instructions == To create an abandoned cart automation, follow these steps: === Create a new automation with the "Abandons Cart" trigger === 1. Click on '''Create an automation'''. 2. In the modal window that appears, select the '''Start from Scratch''' option and click '''Continue'''. 3. You will be redirected to the automation builder page. Click on '''Add a start trigger''' action near the top of the page. 4. The '''Select a Trigger''' modal will open. Click on the '''E-commerce''' tab located on the left menu and then select the '''Abandons cart''' option. 5. Next, configure the trigger with the following options: * '''Integration''': Select the ecommerce store you want to use or choose '''Any'''. * '''Select product''': Choose from options such as '''Any product''', '''Product name contains''', or '''Product name matches'''. * '''Select category''': Select from options like '''Any category''', '''Category name contains''', or '''Category name matches'''. * '''Cart value''': Choose from options such as '''Any value''', '''Value equals''', '''Value is more than''', or '''Value is less than'''. * Indicate if the trigger should run '''once''' or '''multiple''' times. 6. Click '''Settings''' (the gear icon) on the lower left of your ActiveCampaign account. 2. Click '''Integrations'''. 3. Click '''Connected''' next to your integration. 4. Click '''Manage'''. 5. Choose the time duration from the dropdown and click '''Save'''. *For Magento:* 1. Log into your Magento account. 2. Navigate to Menu > Store > Configuration > ActiveCampaign. 3.
