== Configuration Options and Settings == - To utilize AI Translations for Email effectively, be aware of the following configuration requirements: - You must set up a '''Preferred Language''' field for each contact. If you created your account on or after June 24, 2025, this field is automatically generated. - If you have an account created before this date, you need to manually create the '''Preferred Language''' custom field by following these steps: 1. Navigate to '''Contacts > Fields''' on the left menu. 2. Click on the '''Add Field''' button. 3. In the modal window, enter '''Preferred Language''' as the field name. 4. Select an appropriate field group. 5. Choose '''Language''' as the field type, then click the '''Add''' button. - To map an existing language field to your new '''Preferred Language''' field: 1. In the Manage Fields page, click the pencil icon ('''Edit''') for the '''Preferred Language''' field. 2. Check the box for '''Automatically map values from an existing field'''. 3. Select the field you wish to map to and click '''Next'''. 4. If prompted, map any new values. 5. Click '''Review all mapped values''' to verify the mapped field values. 6. Click '''Save''' when finished. This mapping process ensures that your contact's preferred language is accurately captured and utilized during campaign distribution.
