ACHQ Dashboard

This article provides an overview of the dashboard offered for franchisors within the ACHQ main Dashboard.

Information included in the ACHQ Dashboard

• Total Active: Count of total active accounts.
• Total Expired: Count of total expired accounts.
• Average Open Rate: Average open rate from the last 30 days. This is taken from the average open rate from each account. This data is pulled from Campaign reports.
• Average Click Rate: Average click rate from the last 30 days. This is taken from the average open click rate from each account. This data is pulled from Campaign reports.
• Calendar: Displays both past and upcoming campaigns. Clickable items provide access to detailed campaign information.
• What’s New: News section featuring manually curated messages sourced from press releases, notifications, feature releases, and important updates we wish to inform franchisors about.
