The WhatsApp Messaging add-on allows you to enhance your ActiveCampaign experience. You can purchase WhatsApp Messaging separately, or you can add this feature to your Plus, Professional, or Enterprise plan.
In this article, you’ll learn about the WhatsApp segment conditions available in ActiveCampaign. Depending on your plan and whether you purchased WhatsApp as a standalone offering or as an add-on, you can use these conditions to create list segments, advanced searches, lead scoring, automation triggers, and automation actions.
Segment Conditions[edit | edit source]
- Has or Has not been Sent: Find contacts who have or have not been sent specific WhatsApp messages within a given timeframe.
- Entered or Completed Flows: Find contacts who have entered specific WhatsApp flows or have completed them.
