1. In your ActiveCampaign account, click on Campaigns in the left menu. 2. Type one of the relevant keywords (examples provided below) into the prompt generator and click the Generate campaign button. 3. A new window will open:

  - The left side allows you to select a layout, provide feedback on messaging, make quick edits, and view a carousel of synced meeting events.
  - The right side shows a preview of your campaign along with synced Calendly meeting information, including meeting dates and times. Your customers can click on a time slot in the email to book a meeting with you.
  - To remove the meeting block, click on the block in the design and then select the Remove meeting button that appears in the modal.
  - To re-add the meeting block, select the events you want to include on the left and then click the Regenerate button.
  - NOTE: It is not possible to change meeting event details displayed in your campaign as these are automatically pulled from your Calendly account.

4. To make changes to the email design, click on Edit in campaign designer. 5. This opens the campaign designer, allowing further updates to your messaging. The meeting details shown are from the most recent data from Calendly at the time the block was generated. 6. If you are not ready to send your campaign, click Save and exit. Alternatively, click Next to go to the Campaign Summary page, where you can send or schedule your campaign.

1. In your ActiveCampaign account, click on Automations in the left menu. 2. Edit or create a new automation. 3. Click on a node (+) in the automation builder. This opens the automation action menu on the right side of the screen. 4. Select Sending, and then click on Send an email. 5. Click on Create a new email. 6. Enter a keyword into the AI prompt block and click the Generate with AI button. The email generated will contain Calendly meeting event details.

  - Event details displayed are the most recently connected meeting events synced into ActiveCampaign. It is not possible to choose which meeting event to include; this information is pulled directly from your Calendly account.

7. On the next screen, you will be able to update your email name, provide a subject line and preheader, and edit the From and Reply to information. To edit the email design, click on the design block and then click Edit Design. 8. This will open the campaign designer for further updates to your messaging. 9. If you’re not ready to send your campaign, click Save and exit. You can also click Next to go to the Campaign Summary page.
