Accepted Payment Options[edit | edit source]
Your ActiveCampaign plan is a subscription service. Payments are billed on a recurring basis for the following options: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal. Please note that check and wire payments are not billed on a recurring basis.
If you opt to use a wire transfer or check as payment for your account, you must reach out to us a week in advance of your expiration date to avoid any disruption of service.

The following payment options are accepted:

- You can switch your payment option to PayPal from the billing page in your ActiveCampaign account.
- You can pay for an annual plan over $1,000 USD or the converted equivalent by wire or check. Changes to your account will only be posted after the payment is finalized. To arrange payment with a wire transfer or check, please contact our Customer Experience Team.
We do not accept prepaid cards. Resold accounts cannot be paid via PayPal, wire transfer, or check.
