We're excited to announce a revitalized Partner Portal experience, featuring new navigation and advanced filtering. This update delivers a modernized, unified user interface with enhanced data visibility, saved personal views, and significantly faster loading times, ensuring your team can work more efficiently.

Key Features

Updated Navigation

A more intuitive and simplified user interface with main navigation on the left, a secondary navigation, and a dedicated billing page for clearer movement between screens.

Higher Data Visibility

A holistic view of clients with essential data points (CNAME, plan, billing term, grouped/individual limits, cancel date, expiration date, next bill date) consolidated into clear, dedicated columns, eliminating the need to click through multiple screens.

Advanced Filtering & Search

The ability to apply multiple, granular queries to client lists (e.g., by account status, plan type, billing term, contact limits, next bill date) to quickly pinpoint exact information.

Saved Personal Views

The option to save filter combinations as "personal views" for one-click access to customized, pre-filtered client lists (e.g., "Upcoming Renewals," "Over-Limit Accounts," "New Trial Sign-ups").
