Brand Kits

AI Brand Kit Overview

The ActiveCampaign AI Brand Kit allows users to import colors, fonts, and logos from their website to generate on-brand email templates, content, and images. This article covers the basics of the AI Brand Kit.

Important Notes

• Depending on your ActiveCampaign plan, your account may have one AI Brand Kit (available on all plans) or multiple AI Brand Kits, up to five brand kits (available on Plus, Professional, and Enterprise).
• Please note that what you see in your account may differ from some of the steps outlined in this article. The "Campaigns" section in your ActiveCampaign account has been updated to say "Email."

How It Works

To create your brand kit, enter your business URL, and the system will extract the logos, colors, and content provided on your website. This information is analyzed to create AI-generated campaign templates and content. Brand kit colors are also available during campaign creation. As your business grows, you can easily edit your brand kit. The AI Brand Kit allows you to save time and quickly generate branded emails and content while maintaining a unified look and feel.

Multiple AI Brand Kits allow you to store up to five brand kits in your ActiveCampaign account at one time. This feature is helpful if you send campaigns on behalf of more than one brand, as you can toggle between the different brand kits when choosing your campaign template.

Creating Your Brand Kit

To create your brand kit:

1. Click Campaigns > Campaign Templates on the left menu.
2. In the “Auto-generate custom branded templates with AI” modal, enter your business URL, then click the “Import my brand kit” button.
3. Your brand information will be extracted from the URL provided and shown on the “Edit your brand kit” page with sample campaign templates.

Accessing Your Brand Kit

To view or edit your Brand Kit:

1. Click Campaigns > Campaign Templates on the left menu.
2. Click the “Use AI templates” button.
3. Click “Edit your brand kit” in the top right corner of the "Made for you, in your brand" section.

Creating Multiple Brand Kits

To create additional brand kits:

1. Click Settings > Brand Kits on the left menu.
2. Click the “Add a brand kit” button on the top right.
3. In the “Enter your URL and we’ll give you a head start” modal, enter your business URL, then click the “Submit” button.
4. Your brand information will be extracted from the URL provided and shown on the Settings > Brand Kits page.
5. Repeat the above steps to create additional brand kits (up to five).

Accessing Multiple Brand Kits

You can access multiple brand kits in several ways:

Option 1: View, Set as Primary, or Edit

1. Click Settings > Brand Kits on the left menu.
2. To view or edit your brand kit, click “Edit your brand kit” to the right of the brand kit.
3. To set a primary brand kit, click "Set as primary" on the right. Your primary AI Brand Kit appears first in the "Brand kit" dropdown when viewing campaign templates.

Option 2: View Your Brand Kit Settings

1. Click Settings > Brand Kits on the left menu.
2. Click the arrow to the left of the brand kit you would like to view. A dropdown will appear with the "Brand assets" and "Brand kit" details.

Option 3: View or Edit

1. Click Settings > Brand Kits on the left menu.
2. Click the “Use AI templates” button.
3. Use the dropdown to choose which brand kit you would like to view.
4. Click “Edit your brand kit” in the top right corner of the "Made for you, in your brand" section.

Accessing AI Brand Kit Campaign Templates

To access your AI Brand Kit campaign templates:

1. Click Campaigns > Campaign Templates on the left menu.
2. Click the "Use AI templates" button in the “Made for you, in your brand” modal.
3. When designing a campaign, your AI campaign templates can be found in the “Made for you, in your brand” modal of the "All Basic Templates" section.
4. For Multiple AI Brand Kits, use the dropdown to choose which brand you want to view.

Accessing Brand Kit Colors in the Email Designer

Brand kit colors are only available in the Email Designer:

1. Click Campaigns on the left menu.
2. Click the name of a campaign to open it or create a new campaign.
3. On the Campaign Summary page, click on the Campaign Designer on the right.
4. Click on the section or container you want to update.
5. On the right menu, click on the color field you want to update. The color picker will appear.
6. Your brand kit colors will be at the top of the "Saved" tab in the color picker. Click on a color to choose it.
7. (Optional) If you have Multiple Brand Kits, you can toggle between them by clicking the dropdown arrow next to the Brand kit name.

Accessing Brand Kit Colors in the Form Builder

To use brand kit colors on any inline form you create:

1. Click Website > Forms.
2. Click the “Style” tab on the right pane.
3. Click the color picker tile for “Form Background” or “Page Background.”
4. Your brand kit colors will appear under “Saved” > “Brand kit.” If you have more than one brand kit, you can select it from the dropdown.
5. Click the color you want to use.

Editing Your Brand Kit

To edit your brand kit(s): 1. Click “Edit your brand kit.” 2. At the top of the “Edit your brand kit” page, there are two tabs:

  * Brand assets: This section has all of the visual elements for your brand kit.
  * Brand kit details: This section has the information used to generate relevant email content.

Any edits made in these sections will be reflected in the sample campaign templates in real time, helping you visualize the changes.

Brand Assets

• Company URL: Import a new brand kit with a new business URL by entering your business URL and clicking “Import my brand kit.”
• Company Logos: View the imported logo on a dark or light background and add more logos. Recommended logo sizes are 200 x 100 pixels for 2:1 ratio logos and 100 x 100 pixels for square logos.
• Brand Colors: View and edit imported colors, add new colors, or delete existing ones.
• Brand Fonts: Update the header and body font in your AI Brand Kit campaign templates.
• Social Links: Update the social media links in your AI Brand Kit campaign templates.

Brand Kit Details

In the "Brand kit" details tab, you can update or add the following:

• Brand kit name
• Company name
• Company industry
• Mission statement

This section helps choose AI images for your brand kit campaign templates based on your industry. You can choose more than one industry.
