As part of the new Automations Builder redesign, we’ve updated the "Send an Email" action. You can now create and manage email campaigns right in the automation builder (it’s quick and simple).
Key Improvements[edit | edit source]
- Create a new email: Start a campaign from scratch, choose a template, or use AI to generate an initial draft directly within the builder.
- Use an existing email: Copy a previously created campaign or one already added to the automation.
- Save and design later: Add a "Send Email" action to your automation and return to customize it at any time.
- Select an email from this automation: Choose an existing campaign within the automation that isn't already assigned to another "Send Email" action.
- Easily preview: Hover over the email screenshot on the edit screen, click "Preview," and a full email preview will open in a new window.
