ActiveCampaign plans:

  • Starter
  • Plus
  • Pro
  • Enterprise

Our Deep Data integrations import data from your connected ecommerce store(s) when a contact syncs to your ActiveCampaign account. This data will appear on contact profile records.

Take Note[edit | edit source]

If the contacts come from Shopify, products will be synced as a “Product Collection”.

Information synced from a Deep Data integration[edit | edit source]

When a contact is synced to your account from a Deep Data integration, we’ll import the following fields:

  • Product name
  • Product category or Product Collection (Shopify)
  • Product ID
  • Order date
  • Order price
  • Order currency
  • Shipping method

Please note that these fields are provided by your Deep Data integration and cannot be modified. They will not appear on the Manage Fields page in your account.

When viewing the profile page of a contact that was synced to your account from a Deep Data integration, you will see the following information:

  • Total Revenue
  • Total Orders
  • Total Products

We’ll also show the following for each order placed:

  • Order Number
  • Order date
  • Order Total
  • Currency
  • Product(s)

Please note that “Product Category” or "Product Collection" (Shopify) and “Product ID” are not listed on the Contact’s profile page.

New Deep Data segmenting options[edit | edit source]

In addition, new Deep Data segmenting options will appear in the segmenting tool:

The segmenting options available are:

  • Total revenue
  • Total orders
  • Total products
  • Last order price
  • Last order currency
  • Last order shipping method
  • Last order product count
  • Last product ID
  • Last product name
  • Last product category or Last product collection (Shopify)
  • Order date
  • Order time
  • Product name
  • Product category or Product collection (Shopify)
  • Shipping method
  • Currency
  • Product ID

You can use this data to create "If/Else" conditions in your automation, add conditional content to your campaigns, create goal conditions, set up "Split Test" automations, update a lead score or contact score, send targeted campaigns by creating a list segment, and more.
