=== WhatsApp Messaging add-on ===
You can purchase WhatsApp Messaging separately, or you can add this feature to your Plus, Professional, or Enterprise plan.

If you have several messages in your WhatsApp Messaging inbox, you can use filters, sorting, and the search function to locate specific conversations.

=== Search field ===
You can use the search field to locate conversations by a contact’s name or phone number. To use this function, type either the contact’s name or number into the field provided. As you type, a list of options will appear. Click the one you want to view.

=== Filter and sort options ===
The filter and sort options are located at the top of the inbox, just to the right of the search field. To open it, click the funnel icon. A drawer will expand with the following options:

* '''Show channels dropdown''': Click the “Show channels” dropdown to select a channel to search through, or select all channels.
* '''Filters''': Click the “Filters +” option, then select a field to filter by. To add more than one filter, click the “Filters +” option.
* '''Sort by dropdown''': Click this option and select if you want to sort by newest message first or oldest message first.
