== Troubleshooting ==

Here are some common issues and ways to resolve them:

* **Appointments Not Synced**  
  Ensure that your Acuity Scheduling account is fully connected and that you’ve properly authenticated through the ActiveCampaign integration page. Also verify field mappings.

* **Automation Not Triggering**  
  Check the status of the automation and ensure that the correct event (e.g., "appointment booked") is configured as the starting trigger.

* **Form Data Not Appearing in Custom Fields**  
  Double-check that Acuity intake form fields have been correctly mapped to ActiveCampaign custom fields.

* **Duplicate Contacts**  
  Avoid multiple versions of a contact by confirming contact sync rules and deduplication settings as part of your integration setup.
