If you encounter issues with the sync one-off emails feature, consider the following solutions:

- **Button is grayed out:** This indicates that the email has already been synced. Check your Activity Feed to confirm.
- **Add-in not loading:** Ensure that your Outlook application is up-to-date and has the ActiveCampaign add-in properly installed.
- **Email not appearing in ActiveCampaign:** Verify that you are looking in the correct Contact's record in the Activity Feed and that the email is in your sent folder.
