== Troubleshooting ==
If you encounter issues with the '''Products''' content block, here are some common troubleshooting scenarios:

* **Missing Collection or Category**: If the collection or category you've selected no longer exists, an alert will appear on the Campaign Designer indicating that one or more of your '''Products''' blocks has an issue. You will need to either change the collection/category or remove the block.
* **Disconnected Store**: Should your selected store become disconnected from ActiveCampaign, you will receive a similar alert notifying you of the issue. To remedy this, you need to reconnect the store or remove the block.
* **Downgrading Account Plans**: If you downgrade to a plan that does not support the '''Products''' block, the alert will inform you about the unavailability of the feature. Upgrading back to a suitable plan or removing the block will resolve this issue.
* **Shopify Password Protection**: If your Shopify product block doesn’t render correctly, ensure your store is not password protected.
