When working with formula fields in Salesforce, keep in mind the following key points:
- Formula field types support a one-way sync. When mapped to ActiveCampaign, changes in ActiveCampaign will not update the formula field in Salesforce.
- Updates to a formula field in Salesforce will not trigger a sync. To initiate a sync, it is recommended to make a small change in the Salesforce record for the contact or lead.
- Formula fields cannot be mapped to the '''Last Name''', '''Email''', or '''Account Name''' fields in ActiveCampaign.
- Boolean formula fields are limited to syncing with '''Check Box''' fields in ActiveCampaign.
