While deleting a campaign does not involve complex configurations, understanding the context is vital. Here are some important considerations:

* Only Admins and Users with '''Campaign Delete''' permissions can delete campaigns.
* If your account is less than 90 days old, you cannot delete sent campaigns.
* Deleted campaigns cannot be restored. However, the Contact Activity Streams will still indicate that a campaign was sent, although the campaign name will not appear.
* Reporting and metrics associated with the deleted campaign will be removed from your account.
* If you have deleted a sent campaign with reply-tracking enabled, reply messages will still be forwarded, but the email report page will not be accessible.
