== How to bulk edit automation permissions == You can grant or remove a user group access to individual automations in bulk from the Automation Overview page. To use this method, the user group must already exist in your account. User groups that do not have Automations Edit permissions assigned to them will not be allowed to be assigned access to the automation. === Steps to bulk edit automation permissions === # Click '''Automations''' on the left menu. # From the Automations Overview, click the checkbox next to each automation that you want to edit user group permissions for. # In the bulk edit modal, click the dropdown and choose either: ## “Give permissions to user groups” ## “Remove permissions from user groups” # Click the dropdown in the action chosen in the last step, then check the box(es) next to the user groups you want to permit or remove access to the individual automation(s). # Click the '''Apply''' button to confirm the permission changes.
