You can enhance your form by adding various fields. The following contact fields are available for inclusion:

To add fields:

# Click the '''Pages Form''' block in your page layout.
# The right bar will reveal editing options. Click the plus sign (+) next to '''Form Fields.'''
# A modal window opens where you can select the fields you wish to add.
# To add a custom field, click '''Custom Field''' and select the desired custom field.

Keep in mind that the email address field is '''required''' and cannot be removed. Additional fields you add will also be marked as required by default but can be modified as follows:

* Click the field under '''Form Fields''' that you want to change.
* Uncheck the '''Required''' option.
* Click the checkmark button on the top right bar to save your changes.
