=== Using the Calendly AI Campaign Builder with Automated Campaigns === 1. From your ActiveCampaign account, select '''Automations''' from the left menu. 2. Either edit an existing automation or create a new one. 3. Click a node (+) within the automation builder. This will open the automation action menu on the right side. 4. Select '''Sending''', then click '''Send an email'''. 5. Choose '''Create a new email'''. 6. Enter a keyword (from the provided list) into the AI prompt block and click the '''Generate with AI''' button. The email generated will include details for the relevant Calendly meeting event. - The event details included will reflect the most recent meeting events synced to ActiveCampaign. It is not possible to choose specific meeting events, as this information is automatically retrieved from your Calendly account. 7. On the next screen, you have the option to update the email name, subject line, and preheader, as well as edit the '''From''' and '''Reply to''' fields. To customize the email design, click the design block and select '''Edit Design'''. 8. In the campaign designer, you can make additional updates. 9. If you're not prepared to send the campaign yet, select '''Save and exit'''. You may also proceed to the Campaign Summary page by clicking '''Next'''.
