If you encounter this error message while attempting to create a Custom Facebook Audience, proceed as follows:

# **Reconnect the Integration**: 
## 1. Go to the '''Settings > Integrations''' page in your ActiveCampaign account.
## 2. Click the '''Manage''' button next to the Facebook integration.
## 3. Select the '''Reconnect''' option to reauthenticate your integration.
# **Remove and Re-add Automation Actions**: If you are using the "Add to Facebook Custom Audience" or "Remove from Facebook Custom Audience" actions, remove these actions from your automation and then re-add them.

If the issue persists, consider the following troubleshooting steps:

* Verify that your Facebook Ad account has not been flagged by Facebook for any violations.
* Ensure the connected Facebook user or profile in ActiveCampaign is an '''Admin''' of the Facebook Ad Account. You can check this by visiting the respective settings on Facebook.
* Confirm that the '''Audience Optimization for Posts''' feature is enabled on your Facebook Ad Account. More information can be found in Facebook’s documentation.
