Once email tracking is active, the '''ActiveCampaign logo''' next to your sent email provides information on its engagement. The number next to the logo will indicate how many times the contact has opened your email. For instance, if the logo shows "0," it indicates that the email has not yet been opened by the recipient.

To check the open status of a tracked email, simply open the sent message. The tracking metrics will be displayed at the top of the email.

Note: Tracking will not occur if the email falls within the untracked domains of your ignore list. For further details on managing your ignore list, refer to the appropriate documentation.
