- The '''Total Entries''' metric includes:
  - Duplicate submissions.
  - Submissions by existing contacts.
  - For email marketing lists, only those who completed the double opt-in process are counted.
  
- The '''Contacts Created''' metric strictly counts those who are new contacts in your account as a result of the form submission. If a contact is already in your system, they will not be counted here.
