== Configuration Options and Settings ==

The integration between Eventbrite and ActiveCampaign offers various configuration options. You can customize how contact data is collected and displayed. During the setup process:

* You can select which **Eventbrite events** will trigger contact creation or updates within ActiveCampaign, including triggers such as **Order Placed**, **Order Updated**, **Order Refunded**, **Attendee Check-in**, **Attendee Check-out**, and **Attendee Updated**.
* Mapping of Eventbrite fields occurs to existing ActiveCampaign fields. It is important to note that you cannot create new custom fields in ActiveCampaign through this integration, nor can you map Eventbrite fields to Account or Deal fields.
* Each contact record that syncs will have an **Eventbrite custom object** displaying relevant event participation details.
