The ability to attach files to emails has several underlying aspects to consider:

- **Connected Emails**: Ensure your email account is properly connected under the '''Deals''' section.
- **Insert a link to a file**: This option allows you to link to files that are stored on the record or upload new files during the email composition process.
- **Save uploaded file to...**: This checkbox gives you the option to save any newly uploaded files to the associated record, allowing for easy retrieval later.
