== Step-by-Step Instructions == This section details how to effectively use Active Intelligence for various marketing tasks, including creating campaigns and automations, analyzing performance, and exploring additional features. === Create Campaigns === Active Intelligence simplifies the campaign creation process. You need only provide specific details, and the tool generates personalized email campaigns automatically. 1. Click on '''Active Intelligence''' in the top menu. 2. You can either: * Type a prompt to create a campaign. Some examples include: * “Write a product launch email that builds excitement with compelling benefits, addresses how it solves customer problems, and drives action with a clear call-to-action.” * “Create a monthly newsletter email with diverse content including industry updates, company news, customer spotlight, and actionable tips that keep subscribers engaged and informed.” * If you are in the Active Intelligence workspace, click on one of the pre-built '''Campaigns''' cards under the prompt field. 3. Review the generated campaign. 4. Edit the campaign using the following options: * Type a follow-up prompt to make changes while maintaining contextual continuity. * Click into the campaign to adjust it directly in Active Intelligence. * Click '''Edit in campaign designer''' for extensive modifications, opening the designer in a new tab. 5. Click the '''Send test''' button to send a test campaign to your associated email for review. 6. After finalizing the campaign, click the '''Review and send''' button. 7. Complete the information on the '''Campaign Summary page''' to finish. 8. Once all details are finalized, send your email. === Build Automations === Active Intelligence enables easy automation creation through simplified prompts. 1. Click on '''Active Intelligence''' in the top menu. 2. From here, you can: * Enter a prompt to design automations. Examples include: * “Design a 4-email lead nurturing automation: Email 1 provides valuable industry insights, Email 2 shares customer success stories, Email 3 addresses common objections, Email 4 presents a clear offer with urgency.” * “Create a 3-email welcome automation: Email 1 welcomes new subscribers and sets expectations, Email 2 shares the brand story and builds connection, Email 3 introduces key products/services with soft call-to-action.” * Alternatively, click one of the pre-made '''Automations''' cards if you're in the Active Intelligence workspace. 3. Review the automation and any associated campaigns. 4. Edit the automation and campaigns with the following options: * Use follow-up prompts to adjust as necessary. * Make manual adjustments directly via Active Intelligence or select '''Edit in campaign designer''' for advanced editing. 5. Click the '''Send test''' button to review the test campaign. 6. When satisfied, click the '''Review and activate''' button. 7. Make any necessary final adjustments and click '''Activate''' to put the automation into effect. === Analyze Performance === Instantly analyze campaign performance through Active Intelligence rather than navigating multiple reports. 1. Click on '''Active Intelligence''' in the top menu. 2. Ask a relevant performance question, such as: * “How did my May newsletter perform?” * “Which campaigns received the most clicks?” * “Why did my open rate drop last week?” 3. Review the results, which could include performance summaries and graphs. 4. Further investigate by typing follow-up prompts; context will be retained. 5. Rate the response to contribute to the improvement of the service. === Draft SMS Replies and Summarize Conversations === Active Intelligence also assists with drafting replies to text messages and summarizing conversations. Requirements include having the SMS add-on and a dedicated registered phone number in specific countries.
