=== Creating a Mobile Form ===
1. After logging in, tap the '''+''' button located in the top right corner of your screen.
2. In the pop-up window, enter a name for your form and select a form submit action. The available actions are:

   Choose the action by tapping the dropdown icon and selecting your desired option, then tap '''Continue'''.
3. If you are opting to add contacts to a list, decide whether to enable a '''double opt-in''' feature, which is off by default. To enable it, tap the toggle, turning it green. Then tap '''Select List'''.
4. Choose the list to which you want to add contacts by tapping it.
5. After selecting the list, tap '''Add''' in the top right of the pop-up window, allowing you to add additional form submit actions after selecting a theme.
6. Now select a theme by tapping on your desired option.
7. Once your new form is created, it will load with default fields for '''Full Name''' and '''Email Address'''.

If you are satisfied with the current setup, tap the '''...''' button and select '''Display Form''' to view your new form in full-screen mode. Note that mobile forms only display in landscape orientation.
