The appearance of 1:1 emails in your "Sent" folder relies primarily on how you have configured your email account:

- **Connected Email Account**: If you have connected your email account to ActiveCampaign, all 1:1 emails sent will appear in your "Sent" folder. This is because the emails are sent through the server of your connected email account.
  
- **Unconnected Email Account**: If you choose not to connect your email account, the 1:1 emails will not appear in your "Sent" folder. In this case, emails are sent through ActiveCampaign's own servers, which do not sync with your personal email's "Sent" items.

Understanding these options helps you make an informed decision on how to configure your email settings to better track communication with your contacts.
