Editing WhatsApp Messaging Inbox views (section)

=== Create a View ===

1. Click on '''WhatsApp''' in the left menu.
2. Select '''Inbox''' to open your inbox.
3. Click the '''eye icon''' at the top of the inbox.
4. Click the '''Create a new view +''' button.
5. Fill in the requested information:
   * **View Name**: Enter a name for your view.
   * **Public Toggle**: Toggle the option to determine if your view is public, meaning it will be accessible to your team (not visible to customers).
   * **Description**: Provide a brief description of what the view is intended to display.
   * **Available Channels**: Select the channel(s) for which this view will be applicable.
   * **Filters**: Click '''Filters +''' to set conditions for your view. You can create multiple conditions. To remove a filter, click the '''X'''.
   * **Sort Messages**: Choose how you want the messages to be sorted.
6. Click '''Save''' to create the view.

To pin a view to the top of your view list, click the vertical ellipsis next to the view you want to pin, and select '''Pin this view'''.
