== Client Billing == ActiveCampaign does not bill your resold clients. As an Agency, you are responsible for setting up your own pricing structure, collecting payment, and managing tax (if applicable) from your clients. This means that you can resell accounts for more than the list price, especially if you are providing additional value, such as pre-made automations, email templates, web hosting, consultation on design and marketing, and more. For Agency commission accounts, ActiveCampaign will bill the end client. As an Agency, you are responsible for setting up invoicing for any additional services you provide outside of ActiveCampaign. Agencies are expected to own the client experience for all resold and commissioned accounts under their Agency account. This includes lead generation, sales, onboarding, and account management of client accounts. For more information, see our Agency FAQ or email our team at partners@activecampaign.com.
