Follow these detailed instructions to unarchive your ActiveCampaign account:

=== Accounts Archived for Less Than One Year ===

If your account has been archived for less than one year, you can reactivate it by performing the following steps:

# Navigate to www.activecampaign.com and click on the '''Login''' button located at the top of the page.
# Input your ActiveCampaign account name and press the '''Login''' button.
# Following successful login, select your plan by clicking either '''Reactivate''' or '''Upgrade'''. Note that selecting '''Request Pricing''' will not restore your account but is available for those who may want a customized plan.
# On the subsequent page, enter your billing information and click on the '''Complete purchase''' button.
# After your payment is processed, the unarchive process will begin. The '''Primary Admin''' will receive the following emails:
   * A receipt of payment.
   * A confirmation email indicating that the unarchive process has commenced.
   * A final confirmation email once the account is ready, along with a link for logging in.

=== Accounts Archived for More Than One Year ===

Please be aware that accounts archived for over one year are not eligible for unarchiving, as they do not retain data beyond this duration. To access ActiveCampaign's services again, you will need to register for a new account. 

You will see a message indicating this if you attempt to log into an account that has been archived for more than one year.
