== Step-by-Step Instructions == To set up the connection and configure the syncing of contacts, follow these detailed steps: 1. **Access your automation** within ActiveCampaign. 2. **Click on “CX Apps”** in the right menu of the automation editor. 3. **Find and drag** the **"Create and update leads in Zendesk Sell"** action into your automation workflow. 4. **A dialog box will open.** Click the **"Connect"** button to initiate the connection. 5. On the next screen, click the **"Authorize"** button. This grants ActiveCampaign permission to access your Zendesk Sell account data. 6. You will be redirected back to ActiveCampaign, where a confirmation message saying **“Account Connected!”** will appear. Click **"Continue"** to proceed. 7. Next, click the **"Tags"** dropdown to apply any desired tags from Zendesk Sell to the leads being created through this automation action. This step is optional; click **"Continue"** afterward. 8. You must map the required contact fields: **last name** and **email** to the corresponding fields in Zendesk Sell. 9. If you wish to include more fields, such as **First Name**, **Phone Number**, or any custom contact fields, click **"Add Field Mapping"**, then select the appropriate fields from the dropdowns. 10. Once field mapping is complete, click **"Finish"**. The automation action will now be functional in your workflow, and you will see Zendesk Sell listed under your **"Connected Apps"** in ActiveCampaign.
