== Step-by-Step Instructions == To utilize the '''SMS Campaign Performance report''', follow these steps: 1. Log in to your ActiveCampaign account. 2. Navigate to the report using one of the two access options mentioned above. 3. Upon opening the report, you will see default metrics for all sent SMS campaigns across all lists within the last 30 days. 4. Use the '''filters''' at the top of the report to refine your data. You can filter by: * '''List name''' * '''Date range''' * '''Specific campaign name''' 5. Under the metrics, a detailed table will list all SMS broadcast campaigns sent within the selected filters, containing the following information: * '''SMS Name''': Name of the SMS campaign. * '''Sent date''': Date the campaign was sent. * '''Total sends''': Total attempted sends. * '''Delivered''': Delivery rate and total number of messages delivered. * '''Clicks''': Click rate and total number of unique clicks. * '''Replies''': Reply rate and total number of replies received. * '''Failed''': Delivery failure rate and total number of messages that were not delivered. * '''Opt-out''': Opt-out rate and total number of unsubscribes. 7. Clicking the '''Report''' button associated with any campaign will open the individual performance report, where you can get more detailed metrics and information about that specific SMS campaign.
