== Step-by-Step Instructions == ### Create a Quick Reply 1. Open any conversation in the inbox. 2. Click the '''Quick replies''' button at the bottom of the conversation window. This will open a modal window for the quick reply options. 3. Choose between creating a quick reply from a template or a text reply: - If you select '''Template''', a list of your approved templates will appear. Choose the template you wish to use and then click '''Add'''. - If you select '''Text''', an editor will appear. Type your desired reply into the editor and then click '''Save quick reply'''. ### Personalize a Quick Reply Quick replies can be personalized by including variables such as the contact's first name or your agent's name. To add personalization: 1. Click on '''Add variable''' in the quick reply setup. 2. Select the variable you want to include. Keep in mind that the variable’s value must already exist in ActiveCampaign, either as a custom field or a WhatsApp variable. ### Send a Quick Reply To send a quick reply during a conversation: 1. Click the plus sign (+) located on the lower left of the inbox. 2. Click the lightning icon to open quick replies. 3. Select the quick reply you want to send. 4. The reply will populate in the composer, where you can edit it if necessary. 5. Finally, click the '''Send''' button to deliver your quick reply.
