To effectively utilize the '''Predictive Next Steps''' feature, follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. **Open Automation:** Navigate to the Automations section in ActiveCampaign and select an existing automation or create a new one.
2. **Add an Action:** Insert a '''Send Email''' or '''Add a Deal''' action within the automation.
3. **Review the Modal:** After adding the action, observe the modal pop-up next to the action. This modal will display recommended next actions.
4. **Select a Recommended Action:** 
   - Click on any of the suggested actions to add it directly to your automation sequence.
5. **Close the Modal:** If you choose not to use the suggested actions, you can simply click the '''X''' in the modal to close it. Alternatively, continue building your automation by clicking the node represented by the '''+''' symbol.

Note that if you close the modal, it will not reappear for the same action type, thus encouraging you to make swift automation decisions.
