If you need to stop a predictive email send in an automation, you can choose one of the following methods:

# **Delete the Predictive send block**: 
   - Open the automation where the predictive email send action is implemented.
   - Locate the '''Predictive send''' block within the automation flow.
   - Click on the block and select the option to delete it. This will immediately stop any future sends from this specific action.

# **Set the automation to inactive**:
   - Navigate to the automation settings.
   - Toggle the status to '''Inactive'''.
   - Keep the automation inactive for a minimum of 24 hours. This period allows all queued contacts to drain from the system, ensuring no predictive emails are sent during that time.

# **Delete the entire automation**:
   - If you wish to stop all predictive email sends and are certain you do not need the automation anymore, you can choose to delete it entirely. 
   - This action will remove all associated settings and email sends related to that automation.

If you aim to prevent a specific contact from receiving a predictive email, the only method is to '''delete that contact''' from your account.
