=== Add a Physical Address ===

To add a new physical address:

1. Navigate to **Settings > Addresses**.
2. Click the **Add an address** button in the top-right corner.
3. Fill out the form in the "Add an Address" modal with your physical address information.
4. Click the **Add address** button.

Once saved, the address will be marked as the **Default** address. This means it will automatically appear in the footer of your [[Campaigns]] and [[Automation]] emails unless otherwise specified.

You can add multiple addresses, but only one address can be designated as the **default**.

=== Edit a Physical Address ===

To edit an existing address:

1. Go to **Settings > Addresses**.
2. Click the address you wish to edit. If multiple addresses are added, select the one to modify.
3. Click to update any of the fields in the expanded view of the address entry.

=== Assign a Physical Address to a List ===

If you manage multiple contact lists in your account, you can assign a specific address to one or more lists:

1. In the **Settings > Addresses** page, click to expand the address you want to assign.
2. In the **Default Address for the Lists** box, check the boxes next to the lists to which the address will apply.

All **campaigns** sent to the selected lists will display the assigned physical address.

=== Assign a Physical Address to a User Group ===

For accounts with multiple User Groups (e.g., for businesses with multiple locations):

1. On the **Settings > Addresses** page, click to expand the address of interest.
2. In the **User Groups** section, assign the address to the appropriate user groups by checking the applicable boxes.

Campaigns sent by users in these groups will include the corresponding physical addresses.
