Editing Pause billing (section)

== Step-by-Step Instructions ==

Follow these instructions to pause the billing for your ActiveCampaign account:

# Click on your '''profile''' in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
# Select the '''Billing & Upgrade''' option from the dropdown menu.
# Click on the '''Cancel my account''' option.
# A modal window will appear prompting your confirmation. Click the '''Thanks, but I still want to cancel''' option.
# Depending on your plan type, you have two pathways:
   * If applicable, select the duration of the pause, choose the reason for the pause, and click the '''Pause account''' button.
   * Alternatively, click the '''Pause your subscription for up to 3 months''' button, select the duration, choose the reason for the pause, and click the '''Pause account''' button.

Once completed, your account will be paused for the specified duration. Note that once a pause has been initiated, it cannot be extended further.
