== Step-by-Step Instructions for Using New Conversions == Below are the key steps for creating and managing conversions using the new interface: === Step 1: Navigate to Conversions === From the left-hand side panel in your ActiveCampaign dashboard: * Click on **Automations**. * Select the **Conversions** tab that now leads to the redesigned Conversions page. === Step 2: Create a New Conversion === * Click the **Create Conversion** button. * Enter a **Conversion Name** that's easy to reference in automations and reports. * Choose the **Trigger Method**: * **URL Visit** * **Javascript Integration** * **Custom Event** * **Custom Contact Conditions** (new feature) === Step 3: Set Triggering Conditions === You now have access to the improved **custom contact condition** trigger. Use field logic to define when a contact qualifies to trigger a conversion, for example: * **If 'Contact Tag' contains 'webinar_attendee'** * **If 'Custom Field β Account Value' is greater than 5000** > π Note: A contact can **only convert once** per custom condition conversion event. Once they meet the condition, they will not be evaluated again for that specific conversion. === Step 4: Assign a Value === When assigning conversion values, you have two options: * **Static Value**: Enter a fixed amount (e.g., $250). * **Custom Field Value**: Select a field (e.g., 'Deal Size') from the contact profile to dynamically calculate the conversion value. === Step 5: Review and Save === After setting up the name, trigger type, and value, click **Save** to activate the conversion. From the conversions page, you can now: * See all your conversions in an organized view * Review which **automations** are connected to each conversion, via **Convert Action** or **Goal Action**
