=== Export Contacts from Keap ===

1. **Navigate to the CRM**: From your Infusionsoft dashboard, go to the '''CRM''' tab and then select '''Contacts'''.
2. **Select Contacts**: You may either use a saved search or create a new search to filter the contacts you wish to export. Once a search is made, all relevant contacts will appear.
3. **Export Contacts**: Click on the '''Actions''' dropdown menu, and then select '''Export'''. 
4. **Choose Export Fields**: A window will appear allowing you to select the specific fields you wish to include in your export file.
5. **Select Fields**: In the left column, check the boxes next to the fields (e.g., email address, first name, last name, company) that you want to include. Note that ActiveCampaign requires the email address to identify contacts uniquely, while the Infusionsoft ID is not mandatory.
6. **Download CSV**: Select your method of receiving the CSV file:
   * By viewing and downloading it via your browser,
   * Or by having it sent to your email.
7. **Complete the Export**: Click '''Process''' and then '''Ok''' to finish the export process.
