== Configuration Options and Settings ==
The Deal notifications feature includes various configuration options that users can customize based on their preferences:

* '''Notification Types''' – Users can choose from several types of notifications such as:
   - Any new deal*
   - New deals owned by me
   - Updates to any deals
   - Updates to my deals
   - Comments on my deals or activity
   - Mentions of me in comments

* '''Frequency''' – This setting allows users to determine the delivery cadence of notifications, which can be set to:
   - Instantly
   - Hourly
   - Daily
   - Weekly

If you select the '''Immediately''' option, notifications will be sent per deal. Selecting options such as '''Hourly''', '''Daily''', or '''Weekly''' consolidates the notifications into a single summary for those respective periods.

*Note:* For the “Any new deal” notification type, users in the '''Admin''' group will receive emails for new deals across all pipelines. Non-admin users will only get alerts for new deals in pipelines they have access to.
