1. **Log in**: Start by logging into your ActiveCampaign dashboard.

3. **Select Email**: In the settings menu, choose '''Email''' to access various email configuration options.
4. **Find Mail server IP ranges**: Within the Email settings, locate the section titled '''Mail server IP ranges'''. 
5. **Review IP Ranges**: The IP ranges are displayed in a table format. You can find the following CIDR ranges:
   - **173.236.20.0/24** (Start: 173.236.20.2; End: 173.236.20.254)
   - **192.92.97.0/24** (Start: 192.92.97.2; End: 192.92.97.254)
   - **52.128.40.0/21** (Start: 52.128.40.0; End: 52.128.47.255)
   - **217.8.118.0/24** (Start: 217.8.118.0; End: 217.8.118.255)
   - **103.229.233.0/24** (Start: 103.229.233.1; End: 103.229.233.255)
   
   Make sure to communicate this information with the IT department of the organization whose firewall may be blocking emails from ActiveCampaign.
