Editing Locate conversations (section)

== Step-by-step instructions ==
Here are detailed steps to locate conversations in your WhatsApp inbox:

1. **Log into your ActiveCampaign account**: Use your credentials to access your account dashboard.
2. **Navigate to WhatsApp Messaging**: Click on the WhatsApp Messaging category from the main interface.
3. **Locate the search field**: At the top of your inbox, you will see a search field. This is where you will input the contact's name or phone number.
4. **Use the search function**: 
   - Type in the contact’s name or phone number into the search field. 
   - As you type, a dropdown list of suggestions will appear.
   - Click on the correct contact from the dropdown to access the conversation history with that individual.
5. **Use filter and sort options**: 
   - To open the additional filter and sort options, click on the '''funnel icon''' located just to the right of the search field.
   - This will expand a drawer with the following choices:
     - Click on the '''Show channels''' dropdown to select a specific channel to search or select all channels.
     - Use the '''Filters +''' option to filter conversations based on specific criteria. If needed, you can add more than one filter by clicking the '''Filters +''' option again.
     - Utilize the '''Sort by''' dropdown to arrange your messages either by the newest message first or the oldest message first.
