=== Connecting your Facebook Ads account to ActiveCampaign ===
To establish a connection between your Facebook Ads account and ActiveCampaign, follow these steps:

1. From your ActiveCampaign account, access '''Settings''', then select '''Integrations'''.
2. Click the '''Add Integration''' button.
3. A modal window will appear. Click '''Connect''' for the Facebook option.
4. A new window or tab will open prompting you to log into your Facebook account; follow the authorization prompts.
5. Once complete, click the '''OK''' button to return to ActiveCampaign.
6. A modal window will appear again. Select your Facebook Ads account from the '''Select an account''' dropdown and click the '''Finish''' button.

Your Facebook Ads account is now successfully connected to your ActiveCampaign account.

=== Adding and removing contacts from Facebook Custom Audiences ===
Once the integration is set up, you can utilize automation actions to manage contacts in your Facebook Custom Audiences:

1. Open your automation in ActiveCampaign.
2. Click the '''Contacts''' option in the right sidebar from your automation.
3. Drag either the '''Add to Facebook Custom Audience''' or the '''Remove from Facebook Custom Audience''' action to your automation flow.
4. Configure the chosen action by selecting the relevant Facebook Ads account and Custom Audience.
5. Click '''Save''' to finalize the action.

Please note that only contacts interacting with the actions mentioned will be added to or removed from your Custom Audience.
