== Step-by-Step Instructions ==

1. **Access the Templates Section**: 
   - After logging into your account, go to the '''Email''' section and select '''Templates'''.

2. **Review User Permissions**: 
   - Templates are visible based on user access to the lists connected to those templates. Ensure you have access to the relevant lists to view the templates linked to them.
   - Users can always see the templates they personally created regardless of the list permissions.

3. **Manage Global Templates**:
   - If you are the Primary Administrator or part of the admin group, you can manage and edit all '''Global Templates'''. 
   - Note that Global Templates can only be accessed by these administrators, but they can be used by all users as a starting point for new campaigns.

   - The visibility of templates is also dependent on the list to which the templates are linked. Only users who have access to specific lists associated with a template can view that template.
