When setting up the '''email results form action''', there are limited customization options available. The key configuration options include:

- **Recipient Email Address**: This is where the notification will be sent.
- **Include Fields**: If you are using the email results action, all fields that are available to the list the form is subscribing to will be included in the notification. 
- **Summary Option**: Ensure you have the option "Include a summary of the contact's field values in the message footer." unchecked if you do not want to include any extra information in the email notifications.
